Many unmatching poll books and printout reports preventing recounts in heavily Democratic Detroit

According to the Detroit News, a third of Wayne County's (Detroit) ballots may be disqualified from a statewide recount due to ballot problems. Specifically, many poll books are not matching printout reports in Detroit rendering 392 of Detroit's 662 precincts potentially ineligible for recount.

The voting machines are old, but there are many more issues in Detroit than in suburban areas.
